Simple Steps to follow

  • Sign in with Google (we only support Google right now) so we can send you the azezment report to your gmail account when it's ready. Note: we will not share your email with anyone!
  • Submit your property using publicly available information: Number,Street,Zip OR Section,Block,Lot (also called Parcel id).
  • You will receive an email between one (1) minute and 24 hours later (depending on how busy azezment.com is at the time). The Azezment Analysis Report will be attached. !
  • You will use the personalized directions found on page one (1) of the Azezment Analysis Report to file an assessment claim with Nassau County's (NY) Website. The report is a few pages with supporting information you may need to appeal a rejection by Nassau County.

This is a DIY (Do It Yourself) approach. NO need to pay anyone !!

🏠 Azezment Report explained

  • Based on the subject property you submitted, the AI agent will analyze and create a customized PDF (Portable Document Format) report that captures county recorded data and calculations, for example, the property's market value, current assessed value, new calculated assessed value you're filing in the grievance application, etc.
  • The AI agent picks five (5) good recent comparable home sales. You will need this to backup your claim and serves as strong proof to lower your assessment.
  • The Agent uses all publicly available information from Nassaw County. Detailed screenshots are provided in the report that serves as an audit trail of the AI Agent's work.
  • Follow the customized instructions provided on the first page to file your grievance.

NOTE: Your taxes can never go UP BECAUSE you file a grievance. You have nothing to loose.

Filing an assessment grievance with Nassau County, NY is very easy; but we make it even easier! You will need to follow the "File an Appeal" route. Watch the official Nassau County section "File an Appeal", which is the first part of the following YouTube video tutorial. Keep in mind that we make it even easier to do than in the video, because our instructions emailed in the Azezment Report are specific to the property you entered and the current year.
