🏠 What is the Azezment Analysis Report ?

• It's a PDF (Portable Document Format) report that includes calculations, for example your home's market value and assessed value. This is hard to do and you need it to file a assessment greivance.
• A personalized list of five (5) good recent home sales around your property. You need this to backup your case. Also hard to do by hand accurately.
• A personalized list of step by step instructions to file your grievance online youself with Nassau County's Official Website. It takes about 10 minutes to do it yourself: NO NEED TO PAY ANYONE.
